This position has
played a critical role in the overall success of Resources On Demand
as well as our employee retention ratio. All of our consultants on
project get weekly communication from our Customer Service Manager
via email, phone or in person. The “CSM” will address any
project or consultant related issues, give constructive feedback from
client reviews, initiate and setup training courses, issue merit reviews
based on outstanding performance as well as oversee the consultant
to make sure project delivery time and work is to your satisfaction. |
